Bookings & Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
• All charter details (date, passengers, trip type, experience add-ons) must be correctly filled during checkout.
• By completing checkout, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may vary based on trip type, season, and selected experience packages.
• Full payment or deposit must be paid at checkout using available payment methods.
• Additional charges may apply for requested services not originally included.

Included & Excluded Services

Included in charter price (unless otherwise stated)

• Boat rental with licensed captain & crew
• Safety equipment onboard
• Fuel for the selected trip type
• Soft drinks & bottled water

Not included

• Alcoholic beverages
• Professional photography/videography
• Special activities (fishing, diving, water sports) unless selected
• Government marine fees or harbor tax (if applicable)

Additional services may be arranged upon request subject to availability.

Passenger & Safety Requirements

• Maximum passengers depend on the boat type booked.
• The charterer must comply with all safety instructions from captain & crew.
• Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• The captain reserves the right to change route or activity due to sea/weather conditions.

Failure to follow safety directions may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.

Weather & Operational Conditions

We operate according to maritime safety regulations in Bali.

• If Bad Weather or safety risk is declared, the trip may be:

• Rescheduled to a new available date, or
• Fully refunded if no suitable date is available.

The decision will be made by the captain and harbor authorities.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

You may request:

• Reschedule: up to 7 days before charter date – subject to availability
• Cancellations:

• More than 14 days before charter → Full refund (minus bank/admin fees)
• 7–14 days before charter → 50% refund
• Less than 7 days → Non-refundable

No-show on the day of charter is strictly non-refundable.

If cancellation is caused by weather or technical issues, a full refund or reschedule will be provided.

Liability & Insurance

• By & Large maintains valid boat & public liability insurance.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
• By & Large is not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
• Injuries caused by passenger negligence, alcohol consumption, or ignoring safety instructions

Damages & Conduct

• Any deliberate damage to vessel equipment or facilities will be charged to the customer.
• Disorderly, unsafe, or illegal behavior may lead to charter termination without refund.
• The captain has full authority onboard.

Photography & Media

• You may take personal photos/videos during the trip.
• By & Large may request permission to use media for promotional purposes.
  (We will only use media with your consent.)

Personal Data & Privacy

Your personal data is used for:

• Contacting you about your booking
• Safety documentation required by harbor authorities
• Payment processing

We do not sell or share your data with third-parties except as required for charter operation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Denpasar, Bali.
